Correction is done a month after the treatment, because between 10 and 15% of drawn strokes disappear after the first treatment.

 

Color is extremely dark during the first 5 to 7 days. 7 days later, it loses 40 to 50% of its intensity. If you think the color is too dark, do not try to remove it yourself by no means. Patiently wait 7 days for the color to fade on its own after the healing of the skin.

 

Color duration primarily depends on how oily the skin is. The oilier the skin, the shorter the color lasts. Sweating and sun exposure also reduce color fastness.  

 

On average, expected time until a new color refreshment is between 10 and 12 months. With oily skin it is up to 6 months and varies from client to client.

 

The healing is fully completed after 28 days and this is when we perform a scheduled complimentary touch-up (4-6 weeks after initial session)

 

Post-treatment flow makes 70% of the treatment’s success. Conscientiously obey advice, because if you don’t, you may lose up to 80% of drawn strokes. Rinsing and applying Aquaphor cream is of great importance.

 

The success of the treatment depends on the:

 

– skin quality

– post-treatment flow & care

– exposure to different external factors

 

All of these factors are out of the artist’s control, so any possibility to provide guarantees for the treatment is excluded.

The skin must not be in the inflammatory process or the process of healing and regeneration before each treatment.

 

The following treatments are not recommended 30 days before the treatment:

 

– botox and fillers

– fruit or milk acids

– laser treatments

– chemical peelings

– exposure to strong sunlight

AFTER CARE

Immediately after the session:

 

Eyebrows will look very defined and darker than the final results.  Redness and tenderness is common for the first 12 hours.  Color will gradually become darker for the next two days before micro-scabbing falls off and the dead skin cells shed. Once cell renewal occurs, brows will look lighter and start to develop their true color.

What is to be avoided:

 

During the first 7 days all the creams (except for the protective one), all make-up (foundation) in the eyebrow area.

​

• DO NOT WET BROWS FOR 7-10 days

• No Make up or (foundation)  in the eyebrow area.  

• DO NOT Touch brows with your hands.  You have open flex and need to keep bacteria out.

• It is ok to apply a small amount of Aquafore to the brow area to help with cell renewal.  

• Apply aquifore to brow before showering to keep water from entering beneath the skin.

• Do not scratch your brows.  If itchy, it is ok to dab lightly using a clean tissue to help with itching discomfort.

• NEVER PICK OFF SCABBING.  If you do not allow scabbing to fall off naturally, this will cause color pigment to com out and look uneven.

• NO SWEATING, SUN, HOT SAUNA or outside running for 10 days. Avoid workouts that involve a lot of sweating, facial massage and steaming – inhalation.

Day 1-2 The Eyebrows are approximately 40% darker and bolder than they will be once they are healed.  Your skin will be pink or red under the pigment which will cause the color of the pigment to look much darker.  Redness and swelling will subside.  

 

Day 3 Eyebrows might start to itch and may appear to look much thicker in texture.  Scabbing exfoliating will begin.

 

Day 4-5 the skin’s dead cells will begin to flake and peeling might begin around the edges of the brows.

 

Day 5+  Color will finish flaking off and appear much lighter and softer.  Allow for the color to fully develop. 

 

In the next 7 days: maintain facial hygiene and apply the cream after

washing your face or having a shower. PhiShield can be used on all skin

types, due to its natural active components that regulate oiling.

 

 

In the next 30 days:

Sunbathing, solarium, light therapies, chemical peelings, fruit acids, microdermabrasion, creams that contain regeneration factors.

 

Always avoid laser treatments over the treated area (fraxel laser, IPL), because they can destroy the pigment and cause burns.

 

Use of antibiotics and hormonal therapy can lead to a faster pigment fading. Always protect the eyebrows from the sun with SPFs (not during the first 7 days).

 

A complimentary touchup sessions will be done 4-6 weeks after your eyebrow microblading session to touch up any loss of color.  Client is responsible for scheduling their appointment.  If apportionment  is not scheduled by client or client misses appointment they will lose the complimentary touch up session.
